Preheat metal lures using a small torch, oven, or any flame for 4-10 seconds depending on size. Quickly swish into powder and remove, knocking off excess. The lure should be hot enough to melt powder within 2-4 seconds after removal. Let cool. For maximum durability, hang and bake in a preheated 350F (176C) oven for 20 minutes. Always pop out the eye before curing. IMPORTANT REMINDERS: 1.) After swishing several jigs, the powder will settle. Shake or stir to keep loose and fluffy.
