Seahorse Adjustable Swivel Base by Troll-Master with STandard Mounting Plate. This will fit all PENN Downriggers Manual and electric. Will also fit all Seahorse downrigger models. Stainless hardware included Seahorse Swivel Base rotates a complete 360 circle of rotation and locks in 36 different positions allowing to pick virtually any angle for the downrigger. This feature provides effortless re-positioning of the downrigger boom inboard for rigging, docking or towing. Heavy Duty design Made to withstand weather elements UV and corrosion. Easy one finger lock operation Designed to work with all Seahorse, Penn and Cannon downriggers.
