Choose from 4 sizes. 100cm long (39 inches) elasticated drawstring waist with pockets Please ensure you fit the above sizes to avoid disappointment please note due to the handmade nature of the garment there will be variation in patches and therefore won't be the exact same as the one pictured - this is hand made Balinese crafted clothing, not factory made and each is a unique individual item. Made by by a talented dressmaker (Ema) with whom we have built a successful and ongoing small business relationship. Her workshop is based in Bali, Indonesia. These are made from patches of old batik material. Batik is an art form in itself in Indonesia. Its a technique to dye fabrics using wax to create unique designs. This item is made from old batik material and we also sell items made from increasingly rare vintage batik patches. you can spot the difference between old and new batik by the vibrancy of the colours. Vintage batik cloth is in more muted colours. Original product picked by Terrapin Trading. We source all items in-person, in the country they are made. We pay fair trade prices to our makers.
